Deborah

Through the love of adventure and the beauty of the Alaskan lifestyle, Deborah began building this homestead in 1978. She spent many years in the commercial fishing business, long lining, crabbing, and fishing her own setnet sites. Her true love, however, is biodynamic gardening and being with the flowers. She finds alternative ways of healing through flower essences and wildcrafting her own lotions and salves.

Michael

Born in San Francisco, Michael has been in Alaska for 12 years after living on the Big Island of Hawaii. Helping to maintain the property, fishing, and boating, his love of Homer grows. He has been involved in multi-level therapy most of his life.
