Rates

Our rates are for summers only (May 15 to September 1).

• $140 for two people May thru July
• $125 for two people starting August 1st
• $20 for each additional person, up to 5 people
• Groups staying 7 or more nights get the 7th night free.
• Accepts payment by check, money order, credit card, and Pay Pal.

Policies

Please read over our policies.

• Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.
• All rates are based on double occupancy.
• The 3% tax is not included in quoted rates.
• A deposit of 50% is required to reserve the house.
• The balance is due two weeks before arrival
• Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival receive refund based on rerental.
• No smoking inside
• Pets accepted on approval
